EasySep Hu CD8 T Cell Iso Kit, 10 mL

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Human CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit enables researchers to isolate untouched and highly purified CD8+ T cells from leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. Designed for processing 1 x 10^10 cells with the Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet, the kit is fast, easy-to-use, and column-free. Unwanted non-CD8+ T cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet, allowing the desired cell population to be pipetted off into a new flask. The product achieves up to 95% purity with high recovery while delivering untouched, viable cells.

The kit comprises an Isolation Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS) and Dextran RapidSpheres™ (a suspension of magnetic particles in water), both stored at 2 - 8°C and stable until the expiry date stated on the label. Isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. When starting with washed or lysed leukapheresis samples, the CD8+ T cell content (CD3+CD8+) of the isolated fraction is typically 90.6 ± 4.6%, gated on CD45+ cells (mean ± SD for the Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet).
