EasySep Hu Biotin Pos Slctn Kit II-Sam

This immunomagnetic positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables rapid isolation of human cells labeled with a user-supplied biotinylated antibody. Working with the EasySep platform, the kit provides streptavidin-coated magnetic beads and a tetrameric antibody complex that binds biotinylated primary antibodies on target cells. Cells are separated without columns, and the entire workflow finishes in roughly 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature using standard 5 mL polystyrene tubes. Compatible with peripheral blood mononuclear cells, buffy coat, leukapheresis products, and dissociated tissue samples, the kit supports downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and in vitro functional assays. Each vial contains sufficient reagents for processing up to approximately 1x10^9 cells in a 1 to 4 mL sample volume. For research use only, this positive selection approach preserves cell viability and surface marker expression. The reagents should be refrigerated and protected from light until use. The kit integrates with the EasySep magnet family, including the Purple Magnet and RoboSep automated cell processing instruments.
