EasySep Hu Basophil Iso Kit-sam

This immunomagnetic negative selection platform from STEMCELL Technologies enriches untouched basophils from human whole blood or peripheral blood mononuclear cell preparations, supporting downstream flow cytometry, cytokine release assays, and basophil activation testing in allergy and immunology research workflows.

Using EasySep magnetic particles and a magnet, the kit's antibody cocktail labels non-basophil leukocytes so unwanted cells are depleted while target cells remain unlabeled and functionally intact. Researchers studying IgE-mediated hypersensitivity, parasitic infection responses, or mast cell and basophil cross-talk routinely obtain a clean basophil population without the activation artifacts often associated with positive selection strategies.
