EasySep Hu B Cell EnrKitII w/o CD43 Dep

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit isolates untouched and highly purified human B cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. It is designed for use with fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from individuals with B cell leukemia or lymphoma, or other diseases in which B cells may express CD43. Unwanted non-B cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles and separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet, so the desired B cells can simply be poured off into a new tube.

The kit achieves up to 99% purity and leaves isolated cells immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. Starting with fresh PBMCs, the B cell content (CD19+) of the enriched fraction is typically 84.9 ± 13.9% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet). It is supplied with the Enrichment Cocktail, Isolation Cocktail Enhancer, and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™, and supports processing of up to 1 x 10^9 cells. Both manual protocols and a fully automated RoboSep™ workflow are supported.
