EasySep Hu APC Positive Slctn Kit II

This immunomagnetic kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables the positive selection of human cells labeled with an APC-conjugated antibody. Cells are isolated as highly purified populations from PBMCs or other single-cell suspensions using the column-free EasySep protocol. According to the manufacturer's example, when human PBMCs were processed with an APC-conjugated anti-human CD19 antibody, the starting fraction had a purity of 23.3% and the final isolated fraction reached a purity of 99.0%.

The same EasySep platform supports related products for isolating human cells labeled with FITC-conjugated, biotinylated, or PE-conjugated antibodies from PBMCs or single-cell suspensions. A dedicated cell separation buffer is recommended for use with the kit, and when working with non-human species, adding a species-specific blocker to the cell suspension is recommended to minimize non-specific binding.
