EasySep HLAChim WBCD3 Pos Slctn Kit-Sam

This immunomagnetic positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies enriches CD3+ T lymphocytes directly from whole blood for downstream HLA chimerism monitoring after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Built on the EasySep platform, the workflow uses a tetrameric antibody complex that binds the CD3 surface marker and links target cells to magnetic particles, allowing unlabeled CD3+ cells to be pulled out of suspension while unwanted red blood cells, granulocytes, and other non-target leukocytes flow through.

The sample-size configuration provides a single-process vial of selection cocktail and magnetic particles paired with the recommended EasySep buffer, supporting small-volume whole blood draws commonly encountered in serial post-transplant follow-up. Enriched populations are intended for downstream flow cytometry analysis using recipient-versus-donor HLA antibody panels, PCR-based chimerism assays, or short tandem repeat evaluation. Components should be kept refrigerated to preserve antibody activity, and the kit is supplied for research use only.
