STEMCELL Technologies EasySep HLA Chimeric Whole Blood CD19 Positive Selection Kit enriches CD19+ B lymphocytes directly from whole blood for chimerism monitoring after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The immunomagnetic positive selection workflow uses tetrameric antibody complexes directed against the CD19 surface marker, so target B cells are labeled and captured without density gradient centrifugation, ficoll separation, or red blood cell lysis. Each separation accepts up to 8.5 mL of whole blood, supporting serial timepoint tracking of donor-derived lymphoid reconstitution in transplant recipients. The recovered cell fraction is compatible with downstream flow cytometry, DNA extraction, and short tandem repeat (STR) or quantitative PCR chimerism assays used to quantify the percentage of recipient-versus-donor immune cells. The kit is supplied as a single-use reagent set containing selection cocktail, EasySep magnetic particles, and recommended buffer, intended for research use only in transplantation immunology and immune reconstitution studies.
