The EasySep HLA Chimerism Whole Blood CD8 Positive Selection Kit enables research laboratories to enrich CD8-positive T lymphocytes directly from small whole blood specimens, supporting chimerism and immune reconstitution studies after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The procedure combines an HLA-reactive antibody depletion step with EasySep immunomagnetic positive selection, leaving a purified CD8 T cell fraction that can be analyzed by flow cytometry or used in downstream functional assays.

This Sample-format research kit contains the antibody cocktail, magnetic particles, and recommended buffer for a defined number of whole blood preparations, processed under refrigerated conditions. The protocol accepts approximately 0.5 mL of whole blood per selection, and the isolated cells retain viability for subsequent in vitro applications including stimulation assays and molecular characterization.
