EasySep HLA Human B Cell Enrichment Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this negative selection kit isolates untouched, highly purified human B cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or leukapheresis samples using a column-free immunomagnetic workflow. Unwanted non-B cells are labeled with a cocktail of monoclonal antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated with an EasySep™ magnet so the desired cells can simply be poured off into a new tube.

The procedure is fast and easy to use, and the isolated cells remain untouched, making them immediately suitable for downstream applications including flow cytometry, culture, and DNA/RNA extraction, as well as HLA assays. Typical B cell (CD19+) purity of the enriched fraction ranges from 95 - 99%, with up to 99% purity achievable.

The kit includes an EasySep™ HLA B Cell Enrichment Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS) and EasySep™ D Magnetic Particles (a suspension of magnetic particles in TBS), both of which should be stored at 2 - 8°C and not frozen. Components may be shipped at room temperature (15 - 25°C).
