EasySep HLA Human B Cell Enrichment Kit

Magnetic negative-selection reagent for isolating untouched B lymphocytes from human peripheral blood, splenocyte suspensions, or bone marrow by depleting non-target cells. The kit, produced by STEMCELL Technologies, employs the EasySep platform and is purpose-built for transplant immunology workflows, including HLA antibody screening, flow cytometric crossmatch (FCXM), donor–recipient screening, and tissue-typing procedures. Each preparation reaches completion in approximately 30 minutes, leaving the enriched B cell fraction unlabeled, viable, and immediately ready for downstream genotyping, serological characterization, or in vitro functional assays. The single-use component vial format supports standard PBMC or whole-blood input volumes and integrates with conventional laboratory rocking platforms. For best results, samples should be processed promptly at room temperature using freshly collected specimens and protected from excessive light prior to downstream staining or culture.
