EasySep Do It Yourself Pos Slctn Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers the EasySep™ "Do-It-Yourself" Positive Selection Kit II for isolating cell types of interest from single-cell suspensions using a user's own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody, following a simple, optimized EasySep™ protocol. The kit uses immunomagnetic positive selection and is designed for column-free immunomagnetic separation.

It supports the isolation of cells labeled with APC-, FITC-, biotinylated, or PE-conjugated antibodies, and can be used to isolate human cell types of interest from human single-cell suspensions with the user's own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody. As part of the next-generation EasySep™ line from STEMCELL Technologies, the kit is intended to provide equivalent or better performance compared to older-generation products, while offering shorter protocol times to support immunology research workflows in which highly purified immune cells are required as a first step.
