EasySep Direct Hu Tot Lymp Iso Smple Kit

A cell separation kit from STEMCELL Technologies' EasySep™ line enables isolation of highly purified human total lymphocytes directly from whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells remain untouched and are ready for direct use in flow cytometry, culture, DNA/RNA extraction, or other downstream applications.

The workflow achieves greater than 99.9% red blood cell depletion without the need for density gradient centrifugation, sedimentation, or lysis, and is described as fast, easy-to-use, and column-free. Up to 96% purity of isolated cells is reported. The kit contains the EasySep™ Direct Human Total Lymphocyte Isolation Cocktail together with EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™. It is compatible with the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, the Easy 50 EasySep™ Magnet, and the EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet.

Designed for negative selection of total lymphocytes from human whole blood, the kit is suited to research areas including immunology, HLA, and chimerism.
