EasySep Direct Hu T Cell Iso Sample Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this cell separation kit enables isolation of highly purified human T cells directly from whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-T cells are targeted for removal using antibodies that recognize specific surface markers, then labeled with EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™ and separated using an EasySep™ magnet. The desired T cells are collected into a new tube and can be used directly for functional assays, flow cytometry, or DNA/RNA extraction.

Reported advantages include > 99.9% RBC depletion without the need for density gradient centrifugation, sedimentation, or lysis, and up to 97% purity of isolated cells. The workflow is fast, easy-to-use and column-free, and the isolated cells remain untouched. The kit is intended for human whole blood samples and falls within the EasySep™ product line, with applications in immunology and T cell engineering.
