EasySep Direct Hu Pan-Gran Isolation Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers a kit that enables isolation of high-purity, functional neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils directly from human whole blood using immunomagnetic negative selection. No lysis, density gradient centrifugation, or other processing steps are required, with magnetic cell separation achievable in as little as 20 minutes. Isolated granulocytes are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, functional assays, and culture. The product is intended for research use only.

The typical performance profile starting with whole blood from normal healthy donors shows pan-granulocyte content of the non-lysed final isolated fraction at 98.4 ± 1.5% (gated on CD45), comprising neutrophils (CD66b+CD16+), eosinophils (CD66b+CD16−), and basophils (CD66b−CD123+). In the example provided, pan-granulocyte content of the lysed whole blood start sample was 61.8% and the non-lysed final isolated fraction was 99.6% (gated on CD45).
