EasySep Direct Hu Neutro-RoboSep

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic isolation kit enables isolation of highly purified human neutrophils directly from whole blood samples using a negative selection method. Unwanted cells — basophils, eosinophils, T cells, B cells, monocytes, NK cells, and erythroid cells — are labeled with antibody complexes and EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles and then separated from the untouched target neutrophils using an EasySep™ magnet. The procedure is column-free, and following isolation the neutrophils are ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

According to the product specification, the kit delivers > 99.9% RBC depletion without the need for density gradient centrifugation, sedimentation, or lysis, and yields isolated cells of up to 99% purity. The EasySep™ platform has been widely used in published research for more than 20 years. Compatible magnets include the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, Easy 50 EasySep™ Magnet, EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet, and RoboSep™-S.
