EasySep Direct Hu CD8 Iso Sample Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Direct Human CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit isolates CD8+ T cells from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The procedure labels red blood cells, platelets and unwanted cells present in the sample with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. Magnetically labeled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells using an EasySep™ magnet, and the desired cells are collected by simply pouring or pipetting into a new tube.

The kit achieves greater than 99.9% red blood cell depletion without the need for density gradient centrifugation, sedimentation or lysis, with isolated cells reaching up to 91% purity. The workflow is fast, easy-to-use and column-free, and the isolated cells remain untouched.

Designed as a cell separation reagent for human whole blood samples, the kit targets CD8+ T cells through negative selection and is suited to immunology research applications.
