EasySep Direct Hu CD4-RoboSep

Designed for immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human CD4+ T cells, the EasySep™ Direct Human CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates highly purified human CD4+ T cells directly from whole blood using fresh primary human cells. The workflow eliminates the need for density gradient centrifugation, sedimentation, or RBC lysis.

According to the manufacturer's typical profile, the CD4+ T cell (CD3+CD4+) content of the non-lysed final isolated fraction is 93.6 ± 2.5% when gated on CD45, or 93.1 ± 2.5% when not gated on CD45. An example run reports CD4+ T cell content of the lysed whole blood start sample and the non-lysed final isolated fraction as 16.5% and 95.8% (gated on CD45), or 16.3% and 95.1% (not gated on CD45). The starting frequency of CD4+ T cells in the non-lysed whole blood start sample is 0.016%.

The antibody cocktail comprises a mouse (BALB/c) monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD3, a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD4, a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD45, and a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human CD45.
