EasySep Direct Hu CD4 Iso Kit

Isolate highly purified CD4+ T cells directly from human whole blood by negative selection with this immunomagnetic kit from STEMCELL Technologies. Unwanted cells are labeled with monoclonal antibodies and EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™, then separated with an EasySep™ magnet in a column-free workflow that does not require density gradient centrifugation, sedimentation, or lysis. The recovered CD4+ T cells are untouched and immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit achieves >99.9% RBC depletion and delivers up to 96% purity of isolated cells. In representative data starting from human whole blood from normal healthy donors, the typical CD4+ T cell (CD3+CD4+) content of the non-lysed final isolated fraction is 93.6 ± 2.5% when gated on CD45, or 93.1 ± 2.5% when not gated on CD45.
