STEMCELL Technologies offers the EasySep™ HLA Chimerism Whole Blood CD15 Positive Selection Kit for the efficient isolation of highly purified human CD15+ cells from fresh human whole blood or buffy coat samples. The kit employs a simple, optimized EasySep™ protocol based on column-free immunomagnetic separation.

According to the manufacturer, the CD15+ cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 99.2 ± 1.1% when gated on CD45 (mean ± SD, using the "Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet). In a representative example provided by the manufacturer, the purities of the starting and final isolated fractions were 57.6% and 99.9%, respectively.
