EasySep Biotin Positive Slctn Kit II

This immunomagnetic positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies is designed to isolate cells labeled with biotinylated antibodies from single-cell suspension samples. Target cells are recognized by antibody complexes that bind biotin and dextran-coated magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the need for columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.

The kit serves as a faster alternative to the standard EasySep™ Biotin Positive Selection Kit. In addition to direct use with biotinylated antibodies, supporting protocols are available for positive selection of cells labeled with APC-, FITC-, or PE-conjugated antibodies, as well as for use with a user-supplied mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody.

It can be applied across a broad range of cell types, including B cells, dendritic cells, granulocytes and subsets, hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, macrophages, marrow stromal cells, mesenchymal stem and progenitor cells, monocytes, mononuclear cells, myeloid cells, NK cells, plasma cells, and T cells. Compatible sample sources include bone marrow, buffy coat, cord blood, leukapheresis, PBMC, peripheral blood, and spleen.
