EasySep Anti-Rat IgG2b Pos Slctn Kit-Sam

Rapidly isolate cells labeled with a rat IgG2b antibody from single-cell suspensions using this EasySep positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies. The workflow combines a species-specific Selection Cocktail with EasySep RapidSpheres magnetic nanoparticles, capturing target cells while they remain in a standard tube — no columns required. Separation is completed in approximately 10 minutes on an EasySep magnet, leaving untouched, viable cells ready for downstream use in immunology research.

The sample-size kit contains one vial of Selection Cocktail and one vial of magnetic particles, sized for evaluating the protocol on smaller cell inputs before scaling up to the full kit. It is compatible with single-cell suspensions prepared from rat spleen, lymph node, bone marrow, or peripheral blood, and is intended for research use only in flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays.
