EasySep Anti-Rat IgG2b Pos Slctn Kit

An immunomagnetic positive selection cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies is designed to positively select cells based on a cell surface antigen recognized by a rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody of the user's choice. The kit contains all of the necessary components to create a customized selection cocktail when mixed with the user's own rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody.

This selection cocktail is intended to be used together with EasySep Dextran RapidSpheres along with an EasySep Magnet or RoboSep instrument, enabling positive selection of the target cell population. By leveraging the specificity of the user's rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody, the workflow allows researchers to isolate cells expressing the antigen of interest for downstream applications.
