EasySep Anti-Rat IgG2a Pos Slctn Kit

Rapidly isolate IgG2a-positive cells from rat single-cell suspensions with this positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies. The EasySep workflow uses immunomagnetic labeling: cells expressing surface IgG2a are tagged via a primary antibody, captured by a selection antibody cocktail and dextran-coated magnetic particles, then separated using the EasySep magnet without columns or density gradients.

This kit supports immunology, transplantation, and autoimmune disease research where purification of antibody-bound rat cell populations is required. Common starting materials include splenocytes, lymph node cells, and bone marrow suspensions. Isolated cells retain viability and remain functional for downstream flow cytometry, functional assays, and cell culture.
