dUTP (100 mM)

Solis BioDyne supplies a 100 mM dUTP sodium salt solution prepared in TE buffer (100 mM Tris pH 7.8, 1 mM EDTA), intended for in vitro research applications. The product is classified under the Nucleotides category and is provided as a ready-to-use liquid reagent.

Quality is supported by a HPLC purity assay of >99%. The anion formula is C9H11N2O14P3 with a formula weight of 464.13. Routine storage is at -20ºC, and shipping or temporary storage for up to 1 month at room temperature has no detrimental effects on reagent quality. The accompanying SDS reports a pH range of 7.0–9.0 and describes the solution as a colorless liquid that is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
