From Solis BioDyne, this dNTP Set (100 mM) provides separate 100 mM solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP in TE buffer (100 mM Tris pH 7.8, 1 mM EDTA), each in its own vial. The set is suited for a wide range of molecular biology applications, including PCR assays, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling, mutagenesis, and DHPLC. Purity Assay (HPLC) is reported as >99% for the individual nucleotides.

For in vitro use only. Routine storage is at -20°C, and shipping or temporary storage for up to 1 month at room temperature has no detrimental effects on reagent quality. The product and its components should be handled only by persons trained in laboratory techniques, with suitable protective clothing such as laboratory overalls, gloves and safety glasses recommended. Care should be taken to avoid contact with skin or eyes; in case of contact, wash immediately with water.
