dNTP SET (100 mM) 25 µmol of each

This nucleotide set from Solis BioDyne consists of 100 mM solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP supplied in separate vials in TE buffer (100 mM Tris pH 7.8, 1 mM EDTA). The dNTPs are chemically synthesized and have a HPLC-determined purity of greater than 99%.

Each of the four nucleotides carries its own anion formula and formula weight: dATP (C10H12N5O12P3, 487.18), dCTP (C9H12N3O13P3, 463.15), dGTP (C10H12N5O13P3, 503.18) and dTTP (C10H12N2O14P3, 478.16). The set is suited for a wide range of molecular biology applications, including PCR assays, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling, mutagenesis and DHPLC.

For routine storage the reagent is kept at −20 °C, and shipping or temporary storage for up to one month at room temperature has no detrimental effects on quality. The product is intended for in vitro use only and should be handled by persons trained in laboratory techniques, wearing suitable protective clothing such as laboratory overalls, gloves and safety glasses, and avoiding contact with skin or eyes.
