dNTP MIX (20 mM of each)

A ready-to-use nucleotide mix from Solis BioDyne consists of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 20 mM, supplied in TE buffer in a single vial. The total nucleotide concentration is 80 mM. The mix is suited for a wide range of applications, including PCR assays, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling, mutagenesis and DHPLC.

It is formulated as a 100 mM solution in TE buffer (100 mM Tris pH 7.8, 1 mM EDTA) and shows an HPLC purity greater than 99%. For routine storage the reagent is kept at -20 °C; shipping and temporary storage for up to one month at room temperature has no detrimental effects on the quality. The product is for in vitro use only.

The manufacturer advises that the product and its components be handled only by persons trained in laboratory techniques, and that suitable protective clothing such as laboratory overalls, gloves and safety glasses be worn. In case of contact with skin or eyes, the area should be washed immediately with water. Some applications in which this product is used may require a licence that is not provided with the purchase of the product; users are responsible for obtaining any such licence.
