dNTP MIX (20 mM of each)

Solis BioDyne supplies a ready-to-use nucleotide mix containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP at 20 mM each, formulated in TE buffer and presented as a single-vial liquid preparation. The mixture is listed under the manufacturer's Nucleotides category and is classified as non-hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, intended for Research Use Only.

Physically, it is a colourless solution with a pH of 7.0–9.0, composed of water (less than 96%) with each deoxynucleotide present at less than 1.5% (w/w). Routine storage is recommended at -28°C to -18°C in the original labelled container until the expiry date marked on the package; transport is permitted at ambient temperature. Handling should follow standard laboratory hygiene and safety practice, including the use of suitable personal protective equipment such as nitrile gloves and safety glasses.
