dNTP MIX (20 mM of each)

A pre-mixed aqueous solution of the four deoxyribonucleoside 5'-triphosphates (dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP) is supplied by Solis BioDyne as a liquid reagent at 20 mM of each nucleotide, classified within the manufacturer's Nucleotides product category. The mixture is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and contains no substances considered hazardous to health at the given concentrations, with H₂O at <96% and each dNTP at <1.5%. It is a colorless liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0, intended for Research Use Only and not for consumer use.

Storage and handling guidance from the manufacturer's safety data sheet recommends routine storage at -28°C to -18°C in the original labelled container. Users are advised to handle the reagent with personal protective equipment such as suitable gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, in accordance with good laboratory hygiene. After accidental release, the liquid should be soaked up with an inert absorbent material and prevented from entering drains or the ground water system. Transport of the mixture is not regulated under ADR/RID, ICAO/IATA or IMO provisions; ambient-temperature transport is acceptable, with return to routine freezer storage on receipt.
