Description
From STEMCELL Technologies, this antibody (Clone TEU318) recognizes the acetylated form of alpha-tubulin at the Acetyl K40 epitope, a 55 kDa protein. It has been validated for immunofluorescence staining of human bronchial epithelial cells (HBECs) cultured in PneumaCult™-ALI Medium, with detection using a goat anti-mouse IgG1 Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody and DAPI nuclear counterstain.
The supporting data also describe a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control used alongside the primary antibody, and the product is positioned for research workflows involving serum- and BPE-free expansion of primary human airway epithelial cells.
