Anti-SHIP, Poly, UC, 200µg

A polyclonal antibody reagent for research use, supplied by STEMCELL Technologies. The product targets SHIP (SH2-containing inositol 5' phosphatase), described in manufacturer documentation as a negative regulator of the PI3K pathway. It reacts with mouse full-length SHIP and has been demonstrated in Western blot analysis of mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs) from both normal (+/+) and SHIP knockout (-/-) mice at a 1:4000 dilution. SHIP has a predicted molecular mass of 145 kDa.

According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as hazardous. It is stable under normal conditions and is intended as a laboratory reagent for research use only, not for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless otherwise stated.
