Anti-Rt CD90, OX-7, AZ, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this AZ-conjugated Anti-Rat CD90 Antibody, Clone OX-7, intended for direct fluorescent detection of CD90-expressing cells in flow cytometry and imaging. CD90 is expressed by hematopoietic stem cells, immature B cells, thymocytes, and neurons, and Clone OX-7 reacts with rat CD90 and mouse CD90.1. The reagent has been validated by flow cytometry on Sprague-Dawley rat brain cells and Sprague-Dawley rat thymocytes, with labeling demonstrated alongside a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control antibody. The AZ-conjugated format supports multicolor immunofluorescence workflows. Recommended storage is 2–8 °C, protected from light, with avoidance of repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
