Anti-Rat CD90, OX-7, PE, 200µg

A laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies, this preparation is a monoclonal antibody directed against rat CD90, supplied as clone OX-7 in a PE-conjugated format. According to the manufacturer, CD90 is expressed by hematopoietic stem cells, immature B cells, thymocytes and neurons, and clone OX-7 reacts with rat CD90 as well as mouse CD90.1.

The antibody has been characterized by flow cytometry analysis on Sprague-Dawley rat brain cells and Sprague-Dawley rat thymocytes, using a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control antibody for comparison. It is identified as part of a workflow for the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse T cells.

The safety data sheet classifies the preparation as not a hazardous substance or mixture under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard or the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
