Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, PE, 25µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers the Anti-Mouse TER119 Antibody, Clone TER-119, which reacts with murine TER119 (Ly-76), an ~52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. The reagent is supplied in a PE-conjugated format and is demonstrated by flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells, with matched rat IgG2b, kappa isotype controls shown alongside.

This antibody supports research workflows including the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells. The same clone is also available from the manufacturer in additional formats, including unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, Biotin, APC, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5 conjugates, each demonstrated by flow cytometry on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells.
