Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, PE, 100µg

This PE-conjugated antibody reagent from STEMCELL Technologies, Anti-Mouse TER119 (Clone TER-119), reacts with murine TER119 (Ly-76), an ~52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A expressed on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. Its performance in flow cytometry is demonstrated by analysis of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells labelled with the antibody versus a rat IgG2b, kappa PE isotype control antibody. The product is designed for use in research workflows including the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells.
