Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, FI, 500µg

This FITC-conjugated reagent, supplied by STEMCELL Technologies, is a rat (WI) monoclonal antibody that binds mouse TER119 (also referred to as Ly-76), a ~52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage in embryonic yolk sac, fetal and newborn liver, adult bone marrow, peripheral blood, and lymphoid organs. It is generated against mouse (C57BL/6) fetal liver cells as the immunogen and is of the IgG2b, kappa isotype; the clone is designated TER-119.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with FITC under optimal conditions, supplied as a solution free of unconjugated FITC. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin, and is stable at 2 - 8°C when stored undiluted; the product should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light, remaining stable until the expiry date on the label.

Verified for flow cytometry, the suggested use for that application is ≤ 0.03 µg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 µL, with titration recommended for optimal performance.
