Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, BT, 25µg

Offered by STEMCELL Technologies, Clone TER-119 reacts with murine TER119 (Ly-76), an ~52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. The antibody is validated for flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells, with representative data shown for Unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, Biotin, PE, APC, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5 conjugations, each compared against a rat IgG2b, kappa isotype control antibody. The antibody also supports research workflows such as the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells.
