Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, AZ, 25µg

Produced by STEMCELL Technologies, this rat-derived primary antibody (Clone TER-119, isotype IgG2b, kappa) recognizes murine TER119 (Ly-76), an ~52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. The target antigen TER119 is an erythroid-specific marker expressed at all stages of differentiation from early proerythroblasts to mature erythrocytes, but not by erythroid colony-forming cells (BFU-E or CFU-E). The antibody is a component of the "lineage cocktail" used to detect or deplete cells committed to hematopoietic lineages, and in adult mice, TER119 is found on ~20 - 25% of bone marrow cells and ~2 - 3% of splenocytes. It has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits, including the EasySep™ Mouse CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Kit and EasySep™ Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit.

Supported applications include cell separation, flow cytometry, functional assays, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and Western blot. Conjugations offered include Alexa Fluor 488, APC, biotin, FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5, and unconjugated.
