Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, AD, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this monoclonal reagent that reacts with murine TER119 (Ly-76), an approximately 52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. The antibody is a rat monoclonal of the IgG2b, kappa isotype, supplied under the clone designation TER-119.

Validated flow cytometry data are presented for staining of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells, with formats demonstrated as unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, Biotin, PE, APC, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5 conjugates. The unconjugated reagent is detected with a goat anti-mouse IgG, FITC secondary, while biotin conjugates are revealed with streptavidin (SAV) PE. The product is highlighted as part of a workflow for the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells.

A matched rat IgG2b, kappa isotype control antibody is referenced for each fluorochrome format to support background assessment in flow cytometry experiments.
