Anti-Ms TER119, TER-119, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers a rat monoclonal antibody, Clone TER-119, that reacts with murine TER119 (Ly-76), an approximately 52 kDa protein associated with glycophorin A on the surface of cells of the erythroid lineage. The reagent is a rat IgG2b, kappa antibody and is available across multiple formats including unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, Biotin, PE, APC, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5 conjugates.

Validation data are provided from flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells labeled with the antibody, alongside matching rat IgG2b, kappa isotype controls for each format. The antibody is highlighted for use in research areas such as the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells.
