Anti-Ms TCR Gamma/Delta, GL3, BT, 500µg

This biotin-conjugated antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone GL3, is a Hamster (Armenian) monoclonal IgG2, kappa reagent specific for the δ chain of the murine T cell receptor γ/δ (TCRγ/δ). The clone recognizes an epitope in the constant region of the δ chain and can reportedly activate TCRγ/δ+ cells. TCRγ/δ is a heterodimer (~80 kDa in humans) of disulfide-linked γ and δ subunits that associates with CD3 on the cell surface and is involved in the recognition of peptide and lipid antigens.

Verified applications include cell separation and flow cytometry, with reported use in immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry. The antibody has also been used for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep kits, including the EasySep Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit. For flow cytometry, the manufacturer suggests ≤ 0.25 μg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL volume, with titration recommended for optimal performance for each application. The product is formulated in an aqueous buffer containing 0.09% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography, conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions, and free of unconjugated biotin.
