Anti-Ms TCR Gamma/Delta, GL3, AD, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this laboratory reagent is a monoclonal antibody (Clone GL3) raised in hamster that targets the δ chain of the murine T cell receptor γ/δ (TCR gamma/delta). The TCR γ/δ complex is a heterodimer of disulfide-linked γ and δ subunits that associates with CD3 on the cell surface and is involved in the recognition of both peptide and lipid antigens. Expressed on a subpopulation of T cells, these receptors have been described as playing roles in oral and tumor-associated tolerance as well as in autoimmune disease, and as a link between the adaptive and innate immune responses. The GL3 antibody recognizes an epitope in the constant region of the δ chain and is reported to have an IgG2, kappa isotype.

The antibody is tested for use in flow cytometry, with representative data shown for staining of C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells. It is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).
