Anti-Ms TCR Gamma/Delta, GL3, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, the Anti-Mouse TCR Gamma/Delta Antibody, Clone GL3, is validated for flow cytometry. T cell receptor γ/δ (TCR gamma/delta) is involved in recognizing peptide and lipid antigens, and clone GL3 reacts with the δ chain. The manufacturer's flow cytometry data for this antibody were generated using C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells labeled with the GL3 antibody alongside an anti-hamster (Armenian) IgG secondary antibody and an Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody (clone 145-2C11). The product is referenced in the context of immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse T cells.
