Description
This unconjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone MC-631, is raised against mouse stage-specific embryonic antigen-3 (SSEA-3) and is used for flow cytometry applications. Flow cytometry data demonstrate labeling of human ES cells and human iPS cells, with fibroblasts and HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells used as negative controls.
The antibody is suitable for antibody labeling, immunoprecipitation, and assay development. Storage is recommended at 2–8°C, with long-term storage conditions to be confirmed by consulting the manufacturer's datasheet.
