Anti-Ms SSEA-3, MC-631, AD, 100tests

This laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is an antibody (clone MC-631) that recognizes an epitope on the stage-specific embryonic antigen-3 (SSEA-3) and is intended for flow cytometry applications. The Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated format has been demonstrated by flow cytometry on human embryonic stem cells and human induced pluripotent stem cells, with HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells serving as a negative control, and by immunofluorescence staining of human ES cells cultured in mTeSR™1 on Corning® Matrigel®-coated substrates.
