Description
Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, the Anti-Mouse Sca1 Antibody, Clone E13-161.7 recognizes mouse Sca1, also known as Stem Cell Antigen-1 or Ly-6A/E. This rat IgG2a, kappa monoclonal antibody is intended for use in cell isolation, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence applications.
The antibody is offered in multiple formats, including Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, unconjugated, APC, biotin, and FITC conjugates. Performance has been demonstrated by flow cytometry on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes and on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells processed with EasySep™ selection kits, where specific labeling of Sca1-expressing populations was observed.
