Anti-Ms Sca1, E13-161.7, AD, 100µg

This Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is the Clone E13-161.7 antibody directed against mouse Sca1 (Stem Cell Antigen-1, also known as Ly-6A/E). It is supplied as a clear liquid preparation intended for use as a laboratory reagent in research workflows involving cell isolation, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence. According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the chemical is not considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and the product contains no substances which at their given concentration are considered to be hazardous to health.

The preparation is recommended for laboratory research use only and is not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless otherwise stated. It should be kept tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place and handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Flow cytometry data generated with this clone are demonstrated on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, and on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells processed with the EasySep™ Mouse SCA1 Positive Selection Kit, with labeling shown against a rat IgG2a, kappa Alexa Fluor® 488 isotype control antibody.
