Description
From STEMCELL Technologies, this research antibody targets murine NK1.1 (CD161) via the PK136 clone. The manufacturer describes NK1.1 (CD161) as an ~80 kDa homodimeric type 2 transmembrane glycoprotein and C-type lectin receptor.
Flow cytometry validation data are shown for C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (gated on lymphocytes), with the antibody demonstrated in unconjugated form and conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5, and Pacific Blue™, commonly co-stained with Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody, Clone 30-F11.
