Anti-Ms NK1.1, PK136, PB, 25µg

This monoclonal antibody (clone PK136) from STEMCELL Technologies is intended for the detection and optional depletion of mouse NK1.1+ NK cells. It is designed for use in flow cytometry and immunostaining applications, with functional assays requiring validation.

NK1.1 expression is strain-dependent, so staining and depletion conditions should be optimised accordingly. The antibody is recommended for storage at 2–8°C. Repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided, and users are advised to consult the manufacturer's datasheet before use.
