Anti-Ms NK1.1, PK136, PB, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this Pacific Blue™-conjugated monoclonal antibody (Clone PK136) recognizes murine NK1.1 (CD161), described as an approximately 80 kDa homodimeric type 2 transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the C-type lectin receptor family. Flow cytometry validation was performed on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes gated on lymphocytes, with Anti-Mouse CD45 (Clone 30-F11) used as a counterstain in the referenced data; the corresponding Pacific Blue™ isotype control is a mouse IgG2a, kappa antibody.
